Be london's strategy led to an increase of net revenue by 97% per annum. After two years of managing the property, the landlord decided to sell the building, with our disposal agency, Be London Investments, handling the sale. 

Our detailed financial reporting helped secure a 25% higher sale value based on revenue generation, setting a record price per sq ft for the area. The new landlord then signed a long-term hybrid lease agreement with Be London to continue operating the building and remains a client to this day.
