With over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Andrew has worked for respected brands such as The InterContinental, The Landmark and Como Hotels.
Andrew holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Washington State University and has over 25 years of strategic, operational and sales experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Before taking on his role at Be London, Andrew worked for world renowned heritage brands such as The InterContinental, The Landmark and Como Hotels. Has experience has been crucial in helping evolve Be London from a serviced apartment operator, into the hybrid hospitality and property firm it is today. Andrew has leveraged his vast experience in the hotel industry to elevate the culture and standards of the team.
“We describe ourselves as an ‘exploded hotel’ because of the obvious crossover between hoteliers serviced department block managers. This burgeoning sector is still regarded by some as there for relation to hospitality, but if anything, it’s now a direct competitor and rival.”
Andrew lives in Richmond with his wife and two teenage daughters. A passionate rugby fan, Andrew also spends his time watching cricket and listening to Pink Floyd (When pushed he’d say Dark Side of The Moon is his favourite album).
Dom worked for M&C Saatchi and Central Working before setting up Be London's reporting systems to give landlords vital intelligence on how their assets are performing.
Dom completed his accounting finance degree before working for M&C Saatchi for three years and then moving into the co-working serviced office sector with Central Working. Since joining the team, Dom has been pivotal in setting up the financial reporting systems and infrastructure to keep pace with Be London’s rapidly expanding portfolio. Dom is a key point of contact with the clients, summarising each property’s performance on a monthly basis, giving landlords vital context and intelligence on how the asset is performing.
“I'm very active in a lot of the departments in business and always have been in any company I’ve worked for, rather than just sticking to finance. At Be London I've also brought in new properties into the portfolio and closed some sales with new landlords.”
Dom grew up in Cheshire, before going to university in Kent when he was 18 and has worked in London ever since graduating. Another self confessed foodie in the team’s ranks, Dom is an avid Tottenham fan and regularly attends home games (despite this, he has a strong relationship with the Arsenal fans in the office).
Andrea studied tourism in her native Barcelona, before moving to London to work on the opening of a small boutique hotel in Notting Hill. She followed up her London experience with stints at The Hoxton, Mama Shelter and Hart Shoreditch, before taking up a role with Be London. Andrea joined as Front Office Manager and was quickly promoted to Head of Sales, although she remains heavily involved in ensuring the guest experience is optimised. Her sales role sees her building and managing the firm’s relationships with agents, in addition to working to maximise revenue and the occupancy, ensuring both clients and guests are looked after.
“Since I joined we have been consistently raising the standards of the properties we manage and setting up better guest amenities. I’m very proud of how everything is growing and improving constantly.”
Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, Italian, French and English, Andrea considers herself a foodie (which comes with the territory being Spanish). In her spare time Andrea likes to visit food markets, work out at her local gym and is a keen table tennis player (despite her attempts she has yet to beat our co-founder).

Nari’s main role is to liaise with landlords and manages our in-house contractors to ensure the properties in Be London’s portfolio are maintained at the highest standards for guests, whist ensuring cost efficiency for the owners. Her team handles all property maintenance from the roof, to the electrical sockets, and everything in-between. Nari ensures landlords are given timely progress updates and are able to make informed decisions on budgets.
“We get a kick out of fixing things that haven’t been fixed before. Our hugely experienced team know all the properties like the back of their hand and can build anything from scratch.”
Originally from Algeria, Nari now calls Chiswick home. Mother to a little boy that recently started school, Nari splits her free time outside of the office between her family and her passion for May Thai.
